As I’m sure that you read through my about me page, I have a cat and a dog. Brian has a dog as well. Together, we’re all a happy family. I’m just fortunate that all of the animals get along! I’ll tell you a little more about each “child” as we affectionately like to call them here 🙂

Corbin Puppy

I adopted Corbin puppy through an adoption agency in Tuskagee AL. While I was playing with the idea of getting a pup, mostly as a companion for Leo-Cat (he grew up with 2 dogs). I came across Handsome Corbin. He is a Chocolate Lab mix, mixed with what I’m not exactly sure, but he has some white on his tail paws and chest area. Corbin is a rescue pup. He and his six brothers and sisters were found abandoned underneath a trailer in Shorter AL. They were taken in by a lovely lady by the name of Lorna, who is the most kind and compassionate woman I’ve met. I came across his picture online and read his story

( http://www.maconcountyhumanesociety/ )  and I knew that I wanted to help him. I talked it over with Brian, and we both agreed that we could handle another pup in addition to Leo-cat and Tika (his pup). He has been an excellent addition to our “family” bringing lots of spunk and never a dull moment. He’s done great so far adjusting… we’re just working on the potty training deal.  I think adoption is the most wonderful gift you can give an animal. they are spunky and they are full of love for you. If you have the option of adoption. DO it. Corbin’s favorite activities include , chewing shoes, eating lots, and romping outside.

Tika dog

Tika is Brian’s Siberian Husky. She is 2 and she is a beautiful dog. She’s also a rescue pup. Brian adopted her from the local husky rescue in Raleigh, NC. she brings lots of life to our family, and gets along great with leo and corbin. her favorite activies include sleeping, and nomming.  You can read more about Tika on Brian’s blog.

Together we’re a happy family. I am just thankful that they Love each other.
